RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The Promotion commences on the June 18, 2008 12:01am EST and closes on July 7, 2008 11:59pm EST. (“Promotion Period”)
2. Entry is open to all residents over the age of 18. Staff of Nexberry or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be a confirm member of Nexberry (free to join) and list an item for sale on the Nexberry website between June 18, 2008 and July 7, 2008.
4. Each member that lists an item for sale on the Nexberry website during the promotion period will automatically receive an entry into the prize draw.
5. Prize included are: $50 Gift card. The total prize pool is $50.
6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. You must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 7 days of the promotion ending.
8. Winners will be drawn on July 14, 2008 from all entries at the premises of Nexberry.
9. Winners will be notified by email and published on the Nexberry website by 3:00pm July 15, 2008 and must be claimed within three months from July 14, 2008.
10. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on October 14, 2008 to distribute the prize if they are unclaimed by that date.
11. Prizes will be delivered world wide and the winners should allow up to 28 working days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
12. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
